SPRING CREEK HEALTH CARE CELEBRATES NATIONAL NURSING HOME WEEK

Spring Creek Health Care skilled nursing facility will celebrate National Nursing Home Week May 8-14 by hosting a series of events designed to enrich the relationship and contacts between residents, family, staff and the community.  

The theme for 2017 is “The Spirit of America.” The celebration is an annual observance sponsored by the American Health Care Association and the Kentucky Health Care Association. Employees and residents will have various events during the week such as live music, a petting zoo, pancake breakfast and picnic.

“Our staff wants to make this a special time for the residents; we will have indoor and outdoor activities to be enjoyed by all. We want everyone to enjoy the activities focused on the ‘The Spirit of America’ theme,” said JoAnna Thomas, Activity Director.
