MURRAY CALLOWAY ENDOWMENT FOR HEALTHCARE HOSTS CONCERT SERIES IN THE PARK

The Murray Calloway Endowment for Healthcare is teaming together with the Badgett Playhouse, Loretta Jobs Principal Broker at Keller Williams and Gallimore Electric to present the 2017 Concert Series.

Concerts began on Tuesday, May 2 and will run weekly per the schedule below. Concerts will take place from 7pm – 9 pm at the Rotary Amphitheatre located in Central Park, Murray, KY. Advance general admission tickets can be purchased for $9, at the door for $10. Reserved seats and season passes are available by calling Murray-Calloway County Hospital’s Endowment for Healthcare Office at 270-762-1908 or 270-762-1800.

• June 20 – “All Request Show”
• June 27 – The Outlaws of Country Music
• September 12 – Terry Mike Jeffery
• September 19 - The Sounds of Memphis
• September 26 – Music, Memories & More
• October 3 - Variety! Love Songs
• October 10 – The Great 80s Show
• October 17 – Game Show! One lucky audience member will have the chance to win $5,000!
• October 24 – The Big Band Show


All guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and concessions are available on site; guests purchasing a reserved seat will be provided a chair. Coolers will not be permitted. In the event of rain the show schedule will be delayed one week.

All funds raised will be used in the purchase of 3D Mammography as a part of the Because She Matters Campaign. The Because She Matters campaign has been launched to raise money for Tomosynthesis (3-D mammography) and Molecular breast imaging that will detect breast cancer earlier and more effectively. The initiative is set to raise $500,000 for the purchase of the equipment which would directly benefit patients within our community and surrounding area.

Please help support these efforts by donating. All donations will go directly towards the purchase of tomosysnthesis for Murray-Calloway County Hospital’s mammography department.
