The Murray-Calloway County Hospital Center for Health and Wellness offers two classes to help people kick the tobacco habit.  The first class, "Plan to Be Tobacco Free", is a one hour educational one-time session that will help those interested in overcoming tobacco use and dependence including a customized quit plan.  The second class, "Freedom From Smoking" is an 8-session program brought to you by the Calloway County Health Department and is taught by a American Lung Association-trained facilitator in a small-group setting.

Both classes are free and require a reservation to attend.
