Reba Celsor, RN, MBA, FACHE

CEO

With over 35+ years in professional healthcare, Reba as served as the MCCH CEO since April 2025. Celsor joins Murray-Calloway County Hospital from Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY, where she served as Chief Executive Officer to lead initiatives that resulted in growth of 13 additional providers, designation as a LifePoint Health National Quality leader, Leap Frog A rating, and a CMS 4-star rating in Patient Satisfaction and Quality. Prior to her time at Spring View, Reba served as the Chief Executive Officer for five years at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital where she expanded services, improved financial standing, and enhanced hospital safety overall.

Besides running hospitals, Celsor immerses herself in her communities. She completed Leadership Lebanon in 2021, she served as Chairperson of the Marion County Lebanon Chamber of Commerce from 2022-24, Marion County Lebanon Rotary Club President 2022-23, member of the Economic Development and Industrial Foundation Board 2022-24, Region 3 American Hospital Association Policy Board member, Crown Recovery Adult Recovery Center Board member in Springfield, Kentucky, and is a current member of the Kentucky Hospital Association Board of Trustees. Celsor also is an active member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Celsor was equally active with her former community leading to her selection as Dyersburg Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Woman of the Year.

A graduate of LifePoint’s CEO Leadership Development Program, Celsor has been a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2016. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and a nursing degree from Hopkinsville Community College.

John Wilson

Chief Operating Officer

Wilson has been at MCCH for 15 years. Prior to working at MCCH, he worked as the Director of Human Resources at multiple hospitals in Kentucky and New York.

Wilson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky; a Master’s Degree in Human Resource’s from Sullivan University and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Wilson is from Jamestown, KY. He and his wife, Jamie, have four children: Megan, Lucas, Grace, and Anna. When he’s not working, John enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid University of Kentucky and Murray State University fan.

Jeff Eye

VP of Patient Care Services

Jeff has been at MCCH for 8 years and previously worked at Saint Luke’s Health System for 10 years in a variety of roles, including Director of Emergency Services, Director of Acute Inpatient and Emergency Services, and the Chief Nursing Officer for Saint Luke’s North Hospital. He previously was with Truman Medical Centers and University of Missouri Health Care.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri at Columbia, he completed his Master of Nursing degree from the University of Kansas with focus in organizational leadership and management.

Jeff and his wife, Tiffany, have two sons, Cooper and Bridger. In his free time, Eye enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and training for triathlons.

John Bradford

VP of Finance

Bradford came to MCCH 5 years ago from KyOne Health in Bardstown at Flaget Memorial Hospital where he worked since 2015 as the Director of Finance. Prior to this position, Bradford worked in various roles including the VP of Finance of the Louisville Regional Hospitals for KyOne Health. He has also served as the VP of Finance for 16 years at Flaget Memorial Hospital before the hospital affiliated with KyOne Health.

He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned his CPA (certified public accountant) in 1983.

Bradford is married to Luci and they have two daughters, Sarah and Emily. In his spare time he enjoys reading, St. Louis Cardinals baseball and traveling with his family.

Mayor Bob Rogers

Chair

Bob Rogers, a Christian County native, dedicated 50 years to a career in public education, the last 26 as a school superintendent. After retiring in 2017, he was elected Mayor of Murray in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. He has served on the MCCH Board since 2019.

Bob has been married to Gayle Rogers for 59 years and they have two children. They are proud grandparents to six grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Summer Cross

Vice Chair

Summer Cross is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Murray State University in her 13th year of teaching. She is also a Family Nurse Practitioner at KentuckyCare Murray. Summer was appointed to the board in 2022 and serves as a vice chair, Chair of the Quality and Personnel Committees and serves on the Foundation Advisory Board.

Summer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Murray State University and her PhD in Nursing from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Summer and her husband, Robert, have one son who is attending the University of Kentucky. In her spare time Summer volunteers at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House and enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and kayaking.

Amy Futrell

Secretary

As Market President of FNB Bank's Calloway County offices, Futell's community involvement is extensive. Amy serves on several boards including Murray Calloway County Hospital, Foundation Board, Laker Harbor Youth Services Advisory Council, Murray Calloway EDC, Murray Calloway IDA, Murray Calloway County Chamber of Commerce, Murray Works Foundation, and Women of Numbers. Committed to her faith, she's an active member of the Hardin Baptist Church Assistance Committee.

Amy is a 1992 MSU finance graduate and the proud parent of two children, Bailey (with grandson Josiah) and Addison.

Dan Renick

Treasurer

With over 28 years of healthcare expertise, Dan Renick serves as CEO at Petauri Health and sits on its Board of Directors. A leader with a background in private equity, he offers strategic and practical solutions to life sciences innovators for effective commercialization. As the founding executive and President of Precision Value & Health, acquired by Hobart Group Holdings in 2013, Dan oversaw substantial organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and garnered industry recognition. Additionally, he co-founded Quantuvis and remains on its Board of Directors, supporting comprehensive software solutions in the life sciences sector, fostering value, innovation, and affordability.

Gale Sharp

Marti Erwin

Marti Erwin, a Murray State, Vanderbilt, and SIU graduate, chaired the Nursing Department, pioneered the first MSN program for Nurse Practitioners in a Kentucky regional university, and later earned her law degree at the University of Kentucky. With seven years in system-wide risk management at Hospital Corporation of America, she served as Operations Counsel for HCA hospitals.

After retiring in 2014, Dr. Erwin moved to Murray, engaging in roles with the City of Murray, MCCH, Rotary Foundation for Families and Children, and church-related service.

Judge Executive Kenny Imes

Kenny Imes is a U.S. politician and a previous Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 5. Imes currently serves as Calloway County Judge/Executive and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees at MCCH since 2018.

He is married to Mary Beth Imes, Kentucky State Representative, and they have three children, Molly, John, and Matt.

Shawn Reynolds

Reynolds is the Vice President/Loan Officer at The Murray Bank in Murray, KY, with a 25-year career in the banking industry. He's a US Marine Corps Reserves veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University.

Active in the community, Reynolds serves on the Murray Calloway County Hospital Board of Trustees, Murray State University Foundation Board, and the WATCH Board.

He resides in Almo, KY with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Gabriella. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, golf, and quality family time.

Joetta Kelly

Joetta Kelly is the Associate Professor of Education in School Counseling at Campbellsville University and also a Counselor with There’s Hope Counseling at Hardin Baptist Church. She was also in ministry for many years.

She hold a BS degree from Campbellsville, Masters and Specialist’s degrees from Murray State and a Doctorate from Western Kentucky. She has written and illustrated several children’s books and is active in the Murray Woman’s Club.

She has three children, Benji, Abby and Joseph, their spouses; Kellie, Chris and Rachel, and five sweet granddaughters. Her Yorkie Finley rounds out their crew. As time allows she enjoys spending time and traveling with her family and friends.
