MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital recently held a retirement tea honoring Everett Hart, Radiology Tech. Everett has worked at MCCH for 22 years.

Heidi Hordyk, Director of Radiology recognized Everett during his retirement celebration by awarding him with the Golden Heart Award for 2024.

“I really enjoyed teaching the students and helping them learn to care for patients. I’ve also enjoyed taking care of all my patients. It’s been rewarding having patients thank me for being courteous and kind,” said Everett.

Everett said he is looking forward to spending time with his five grandkids ranging in age from 7 months – 11 years. He also wants to enjoy more cowboy action shooting tournaments and plans to continue working as a school bus driver.
