MCCH Administration Engages with Kentucky Hospital Association and State Leaders on Healthcare Legislation

MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital (MCCHO leaders, John Wilson, COO, and Dr. Nicholas O’Dell, Chief Medical Officer, recently met with Mary Beth Imes, State Representative, at the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) Day in Frankfort. They were able meet with various individuals including Kentucky Hospital Association representatives, state legislators, and other key stakeholders to discuss critical healthcare policies and legislative priorities impacting hospitals and patient care across the state.
During the discussions, hospital administration emphasized the importance of initiatives aimed at improving access to care, workforce development, and sustainable healthcare funding. These conversations play a vital role in advocating for policies that support both healthcare providers and the communities they serve.
